REFUNDS

Seven by Marie – Thérèse will provide store credit valid for 15 months for returns.

The returned piece(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.

We have the right to refuse to accept returned pieces that are worn, washed, soiled and altered. We are not financially responsible for the return of refused pieces.

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at hello@sevenbymarietherese.com stating your order number. Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for shipping fees, lost/damaged returns or duties and taxes.

EXCHANGES

Interested in making an exchange? We’re happy to help you get the size/colour that suits you best depending on availability.
